Record Fairs: Independent Music Market (2nd edition)
Next weekend, the ancient royal arena at Lisbon's Natural History and Science Museum will again receive the Independent Music Market (or Mercado de Música Independente), this time sponsored by the Vodafone Mexefest festival which will happen in the same days (November 27th and 28th).
Once again, a large contingent of portuguese indie labels, distributors and artists will be selling their records - confirmed are Loop, Monster Jinx, Banzé, Mano a Mano, Tink, Lovers & Lollipops, Golden Mist, Sombra, Dromos, 1980, One Eyed Jacks, A.M.O.R., Kambas, DiscoTEXAS, Pontiaq, Celeste Mariposa, Biruta, AMAEI, Hey Pachuco, Dope Muzik, Traineira, Clean Feed, Revolve, Groovie Records, Lux, Enchufada, Meifumado, Bloop, Groovement, Assemble Music, AstroRecords and Rastilho, and also artists (The Dirty Coal Train, Beautify Junkyards and Slow J) selling their own records.
Showcases and DJ sets will liven up the premises, which will open at noon until 7pm on both days.
