Next week's Live Spotlight: YOU CAN'T WIN, CHARLIE BROWN - January 18th - Centro Cultural de Belém

In these last few days, we've been begging for a few rays of sun, but a You Can't Win, Charlie Brown concert will do. This Lisbon ensemble has been spreading their luminosity since 2009, having released one seçf-titled EP and one album, Chromatic, where they demonstrate their taste for intricate arrangements on a musical canvas not far from other sound artisans like Grizzly Bear or Fleet Foxes.
YCWCB will present their new album, “Diffraction / Refraction”, on the 18th at Centro Cultural de Belém. This new work shows a denser production (patent on their new video Be My World) which fortunately doesn't seem to clutter their soundscapes, still bright and rich in details. And that's all we need to get through this weather: beautiful and sunny.
